  • What should I do if boiler water is insufficient?Open or Close

    Check the following:
    Is there water in the soft water tank?
    Is there a false water level in the water level gauge?

  • What should I do if the capability of feed water pump is insufficient?Open or Close

    Check the following:
    Is the valve fully open?
    Is there any blockage at the strainer?
    Is the feed water check valve functioning?

  • What should I do if the boiler water level is low?Open or Close

    Check the following:
    Is there water in the soft water tank?
    Is the water pump vented?

  • What should I do if the boiler water level is high?Open or Close

    Open the boiler blow down valve and relief valve to drain the boiler water.

  • What should I do if the water level gauge is not working?Open or Close

    Check if the wire of the water level electrode is connected properly.

  • When should I drain the the boiler water?Open or Close

    Boiler drainage is to blow down a portion of the high condensed water, in order to fill in fresh water to maintain the water quality in the boiler body. Since the concentration of water can be different according to the change of the blow down cycle, the technician can periodically collect and test the boiler water, and blow down the water when needed.

    Normally, a good drainage cycle for the boiler is around every 8 hours of operation, one full drain. If the boiler only works 4 to 5 hours a day, then the full drain can be done once every two days.

  • What if the UV flame detector does not work after replacement?Open or Close

    There might be a storage error that occurred with the detector, please replace it again and test if it works. If the problem still exists, please contact Zu How Service Center immediately, our technicians will be at your service.

  • What should I do if the boiler display misfire?Open or Close

    (1) Fuel Oil Type Boiler:
    Are the contents in the oil storage tank sufficient?
    Is the pressure of the injection enough?

    (2) Fuel Gas Type Boiler:
    Is the gas supply normal?
    Is the gas shutoff valve triggered?
